Part 1

GENDER NEUTRALITY
The CEO’s voice is heard through PAS.
My dear colleagues!
Good morning to all. Having observed you all after my coming from Europe to take charge as the CEO office from my FA, I could understand certain things here in this office. Here I could see that half of the office are fair sex. Their prime topic is about the ever changing fashions of their lives. The rest of the half office have very unfair looks at their opposite sex. As a result, at the end of the day today’s work is kept pending for tomorrow. Our office, always hopes for a better tomorrow and mercilessly assassinates the precious today. So I am trying to find a solution for this
A thing which we don’t have with us is expected by us from others, isn’t it? So, if everyone has everything? No expectations from others. I found a solution for this that is DEGENDERIZATION or GENDER NEUTRALITY;
Let us begin DEGENDERIZATION with attire, slowly we will extend it to the nouns and pronouns of our language and there from to our habits and so on. It saves lot of our office time. After reaching home you can again get back to your birth assigned gender. I don’t mind.
In our present Indian social system, due to the influence of Gender Schema Theory we are habituated to distinguish between male garments and female garments. As a result male put on malemarked dresses and female put on female labelled dresses. But slowly female also are putting on male dresses. But male hesitate to put on female dresses. The hybrid attire also plays a major role.
For example let us see about the following types of Indian dresses
To begin with
Here are some popular traditional Indian dresses for women
Saree, Salwar Kameez, Lehenga Choli, Anarkali Suit Kurta A long, paired with leggings or jeans, Ghagra Choli, Patiala Suit, Sharara Suit, Gharara Suit, Mekhela, Pheran, Lancha, Dupatta, Kurti -often worn with leggings or jeans and
Here are some female marked Indo-Western hybrid dresses:
Fusion Kurtis, Saree Jumpsuit, Lehenga Skirt with Western Top, Anarkali Gown, Kurti Dress with Western style cuts and designs, Sari Dress, Fusion Salwar Kameez, Indian Print Western Dresses, Jumpsuit with Indian Embroider prints, Lehenga with Cape, Saree inspired Evening Gown, Kurta Tunic with Jeans Fusion Wedding Dresses, Indian Embroidered Tops with Western Skirts, Sari Blouse with Western Skirt Lehenga inspired Short Dresses and so on
Now let us see pure Indian and Hybrid Indian Male marked dresses:
Kurta Pyjama, Dhoti Kurta, Lungi,Sherwani, Achkan, Jama, Pathani Suit, Bandhgala, Two piece-Dhoti etc. are pure Indian male marked dresses.
Kurta with Jeans, Dhoti Pants with Shirt, Sherwani Blazer, Indian Print Shirts with Trousers
Kurta Jacket, Lungi Trousers, Bandhgala Suit Nehru Collar Shirt with Blazerand Indian Embroidered Waistcoat are a few male marked hybrid dresses.
I have ordered two wagons of all these dresses. They will be dumped in our attire house. These will be in all latest fashions and very fresh. I strictly discourage the thought of wearing dresses that makes you to be identified as men or women. All men can put on female dresses of above list. All women can put on male dresses. Yet their respective genders should not be revealed.
I haven’t ordered for Unisex garments. I don’t even encourage androgenous styles or Non-binary fashions. But it is Just Gender Neutral barring the traditional identity of dresses.
The women need not cut their hair. But all men can use wigs to look like having long hair.
Some one: You mean TRANSVESTITE Sunil ji?
In Transvestites sexual arousal will be there. But in our office there shouldn’t be any such chance. This is not even cross dressing or gender bending or gender non-conformity or Gender Fluidity and soon.
The label identification of dresses such male dresses and female dresses will be barred. Everyone can put on a dress of their choice. Any body can be seen in a saree or dhoti or lungi or lehenga. This our first step.
One more thing. If any one doesn’t want to put on like this they can leave our company taking home a year’s salary. Those who want to accept my conditions will have their salary doubled from this month onwards. This is our first condition.
Sir, in which attire can we expect you in front of us now?
You need not call me Sir but can call me dear CEO… now you can see me in front of you all. CEO came out with long hair and was in a saree covering the upper part with a shawl. All have clapped and agreed to be in the newly assigned costumes because of their doubled salaries and also out of their interests to put on the dresses of the other sex.

Part 2

2
Dear friends, here after we will quit gender indicating names and pronouns. We shall avoid gender indicating job titles. No separate rest rooms. We shall promote equal opportunities of promotions to all. We shall call depending on their rank junior executive -1,2,3,4 etc, senior executive 1,2,3,4, Manager, Sr. Manager etc.
A simple logic is to be followed here. Since many decades in the modern world women are wearing male marked dresses. But men are not wearing female marked dresses. So in our company it is now insisted upon wearing the female marked dresses by all irrespective of their birth assigned gender. The menu will be like this: Monday: Sarees, Tuesday:Lehanga and Choli, Wednesday : Gaghra Choli, Thursday : Salwar Kameez, Friday : Anarkali Dress, and on Saturday : Patiala Suit. Those who work on Sundays : Lehanga Skirt with Western Tops. This is the plan for this week. CEO told.
At the end of the day CEO went home in the same saree. On seeing her son in a saree his mother Sant who is a psychologist did not make any comments but appreciated well. At the end of her appreciation she used the word ‘But’. Sunil was curious to know what the intention of his mother is by saying But????? After being repeatedly asked she took him to the mirror. I am in saree and you are also in a saree. But who is looking charmer? She questioned. Charm…. What is it nonsense? Ma… I have removed the word charm from my lexicon. In my we view dress is to cover. It should not have the labels like Male dress or Female Dress. He said very causally. “Ok.. if you don’t trust in charm let us go for comfort. Who body is more comfortable in saree. I have been observing your gait in saree. You look like feeling a lot of discomfort in saree? Take me. I am very comfortably moving. Am I right?” she told him. “So, how can I get such comfort?” He said. Then she gave him a spray and asked him to spray that spray on his body except on his head and to take bath after five minutes, He did accordingly. After 30 minutes when he came out of the bathroom his body was looking very smooth and there is not even a singly hair on his body except on his head. Then he was about to drape saree. Then she told him. She gave a set of a Bra, blouse, panty, petticoat and a matching saree for those all inners. When he put on that dress he was looking like a very beautiful woman. Saree he wore was simply and smoothly moving down from the body. His views are stubborn. So still he was in saree only. Then a new maid in the hospital of his mother named Suguna approached him.

Part 3

Sunila was spell bound while listening to what she was telling.
Suguna asked Sunila to shift from saree to half skirt and T-shirt. When Sunila came so, as a first step she started massaging around neck with her thumbs. As soon as the thumbs of her dancing around the neck, Sunila had a very soothing feeling.
For a relaxing neck massage, she started circular thumb motions on knots, applying gentle downward gliding strokes (effleurage) from head to shoulders, kneading the traps with palms and fingers, and incorporating pressure on tender spots at the shoulder blade base while Sunila was breathing deeply, she was moving from base of skull to shoulders and avoiding the throat. Combining these with gentle stretching and heat was enhancing muscle relaxation and tension relief.
Sunila had never such a most comfortable touch. Sunila is having an inexpressible feel. If Suguna takes away her hands for a while Sunila was not allowing her to be away.
Suguna started the following basic techniques.
1. Warm-up & Glide (Effleurage): Used oil or lotion and applying gentle, long strokes with palms from shoulders up the sides of the neck, then gliding down.
2. Kneading (Petrissage): Then she used thumbs and fingers to gently squeeze and roll muscles on the tops of shoulders and sides of the neck, focusing on knots.
3. Circular Motions: then she was using her thumbs in small circles on the sides of the spine, at the base of the skull, and where the neck meets the shoulder.
4. Pressure Points: Then she started pressing into tender spots with a thumb while Sunila breathing deeply for release.
5. Mobilization: Further she was gently tilting the head side-to-side to stretch and lubricate neck joints.
Step-by-Step for a Partner
1. Position: Have the person lean their head forward to relax neck muscles.
2. Start at Shoulders: Knead the tops of the shoulders with both hands, using palms and fingers.
3. Move to Neck: Move to the sides of the neck (avoiding the throat) with thumbs and fingers, using circular motions.
4. Base of Skull: Find the two small indentations at the base of the skull and apply gentle pressure.
5. Stretch & Release: Gently turn the head side to side, and use a hand to support the forehead while gently guiding the head into a side tilt for a stretch.
For Safety & Effectiveness she was using oil to reduce friction. Avoiding excessive force, especially on the throat.Paying attention to feedback for comfort. Using warm hands or a warm massage bar to relax muscles further.

Then she removed the T-shirt. Interestingly Sunila has Boobs in good size. Then Suguna with widened eyes your bosom is better in size than mine OMG. So how should I call you Mam or ?????. Sunila then firmly replied. I am gender free. Suguna with smile okayed and slowly she took some paste into her palms and started rubbing on the boobs in an appropriate manner.

Part 4

Suguna's wayeof dealing with the breasts of Sunil was unique and lovely. Sunil became Sunila in the association of Suguna. She taught him different saree wearing techniques, women's walking and talking styles. The types of smiles. Feminity was not new to Sunila. While he was in Amsterdam of Netherlands he had to stay there for one year. During his stay he got friendship of some young men and women. Every night they used to take him some night clubs where all the people used to change their roles... Men as women and women as men. With in days he loved to be womanly. He had union with two men, three men, five men and so on. His innerselve's womanly feelings were beyond control. He is used to take lot of medicines for maintaining woman in him. Slowly his appearance changed to be womanly.
He had all womanly changes physically except SRS. He slowly turned into a Shemale. Even women liked him. Men also were in lust with him. He acquired female intelligence, female emotions, empathy and social mingling with women folk. He used to all womanly dresses while he was in Amsterdam. But after one year when he came back to India his mother took a promise from him not to reveal his female identity as he was the owner of a very big company. So he in the name of Gender Neutrality making compulsory to all to go for female dresses. This is the back drop story of Sunila.

Part 5

In one of the sessions with Suguna he told about his story of becoming a Shemale. His intention also was understood by Suguna. Accordingly Suguna became his close companion in his amorous life. He reached to such a state that he could not live without her even for moment. But he has to manage in the office also. In the office all are moving in female dresses. With the help of Suguna now instructed all the people to call him hence forth Sunila Madam. This was a surprising change for all of them. The early instruction of him with regard to GENDER NEUTRALITY disappeared. Now forced feminization started ruling the company. But it had a drastic influence on company's routine work. It became a sensational news everywhere. Santa, the mother of Sunila took a session for her in the presence of Suguna. Now Suguna revealed her identity. She is assistant professor in Psychology and was a student of Santa. On the request of Santa she came there as a beautician and moved close to him. His intention was unveiled. Now Santa and Suguna asked him placing before him two options ... 1. Either to continue as Sunila, a Shemale or 2. to live like Sunil undergoing necessary surgeries. "What about Suguna? I love her very much." Sunila asked. Suguna hugged Sunila and said I love .Sunila and Sunil also. I leave the decision to Sunila only" replied kissing around her neck. Sunila doesn't want to go back as Sunil. A new age marriage of Sunila and Suguna took place for which Santa agreed. During the first night Sunila could know another secret that Suguna also a transwoman but at the age of 15 years her parents took the decision of going for SRS. Office has come to normal situation. All male are male only and female are female only. But only change is Sunil has become Sunila Madam.
