Sunila was spell bound while listening to what she was telling.
Suguna asked Sunila to shift from saree to half skirt and T-shirt. When Sunila came so, as a first step she started massaging around neck with her thumbs. As soon as the thumbs of her dancing around the neck, Sunila had a very soothing feeling.
For a relaxing neck massage, she started circular thumb motions on knots, applying gentle downward gliding strokes (effleurage) from head to shoulders, kneading the traps with palms and fingers, and incorporating pressure on tender spots at the shoulder blade base while Sunila was breathing deeply, she was moving from base of skull to shoulders and avoiding the throat. Combining these with gentle stretching and heat was enhancing muscle relaxation and tension relief.
Sunila had never such a most comfortable touch. Sunila is having an inexpressible feel. If Suguna takes away her hands for a while Sunila was not allowing her to be away.
Suguna started the following basic techniques.
1. Warm-up & Glide (Effleurage): Used oil or lotion and applying gentle, long strokes with palms from shoulders up the sides of the neck, then gliding down.
2. Kneading (Petrissage): Then she used thumbs and fingers to gently squeeze and roll muscles on the tops of shoulders and sides of the neck, focusing on knots.
3. Circular Motions: then she was using her thumbs in small circles on the sides of the spine, at the base of the skull, and where the neck meets the shoulder.
4. Pressure Points: Then she started pressing into tender spots with a thumb while Sunila breathing deeply for release.
5. Mobilization: Further she was gently tilting the head side-to-side to stretch and lubricate neck joints.
Step-by-Step for a Partner
1. Position: Have the person lean their head forward to relax neck muscles.
2. Start at Shoulders: Knead the tops of the shoulders with both hands, using palms and fingers.
3. Move to Neck: Move to the sides of the neck (avoiding the throat) with thumbs and fingers, using circular motions.
4. Base of Skull: Find the two small indentations at the base of the skull and apply gentle pressure.
5. Stretch & Release: Gently turn the head side to side, and use a hand to support the forehead while gently guiding the head into a side tilt for a stretch.
For Safety & Effectiveness she was using oil to reduce friction. Avoiding excessive force, especially on the throat.Paying attention to feedback for comfort. Using warm hands or a warm massage bar to relax muscles further.

Then she removed the T-shirt. Interestingly Sunila has Boobs in good size. Then Suguna with widened eyes your bosom is better in size than mine OMG. So how should I call you Mam or ?????. Sunila then firmly replied. I am gender free. Suguna with smile okayed and slowly she took some paste into her palms and started rubbing on the boobs in an appropriate manner.
