Part 1

Praveen, a successful businessman, led a comfortable life in the city. On a trip to the Himalayas, he stumbled upon a secluded tribal village, where he was warmly welcomed by the Tribal Head. It was a Full Moon day Festival after rainy season on which Praveen reached that village. Just then the Tribal Head collected a set of rare herbs which allow transformation from male to female. On that day the actions of Praveen unintentionally enraged the Head, who decreed that Praveen, initially a male, would live as a woman named Praveena for a fortnight, alternating with his male form, depending on the moon's growth by the power of those newly collected herbs given by the Head to forcedly be consumed by Praveen.

The Tribal Head's decree was unyielding, and Praveen was imprisoned in the village, to say that he should not go away from the village but can move any where in the village during the days in which he turns into a woman. Again in the next fortnight when he becomes a male being he should be in prison. He was forced to undergo the transformation. He struggled to cope with his new reality, torn between his male identity and the emerging feminine side. The villagers, though sympathetic, kept a distance, unsure how to react to Praveen's unusual condition.

As Praveena, she was a vision of beauty, with a mix of masculine and feminine traits. Her eyes sparkled with a deep sadness, a longing for freedom and her old life. The villagers, though harsh, provided her with basic necessities, but Praveena felt like a prisoner, trapped in her own body.

Sravan, a kind-hearted traveler, arrived in the village, seeking solace from city life. He very regularly visits the village for a long time. He often gives monetary support also for the development of that village. Hence the Tribal Head has a special regard for him. He met the Tribal Head, who told him about Praveena's story. Sravan's curiosity led him to meet Praveena, and he was taken aback by her beauty and dignity. He fell deeply in love with her, unaware of her alternating forms.

The Tribal Head, noticing Sravan's sincerity, allowed him to meet Praveena regularly. As they spent more time together, their love blossomed. The villagers, seeing their genuine affection, supported their union. Sravan and Praveena were married in a simple yet beautiful ceremony, surrounded by the tribal community.

After their marriage, Sravan discovered Praveena's secret: she alternated between male and female forms every fortnight. He was taken aback, unsure how to react. But his love for Praveena remained unwavering, and he vowed to stand by her side, no matter what.

Sravan pleaded with the Tribal Head to change Praveena's condition, seeking a permanent solution. The Head, moved by their love, agreed to help. He initiated a three-month procedure, using ancient tribal herbal knowledge, to stabilize Praveena's form. The process was grueling. In that process the Head of the Tribe with his inherited knowledge made some kinds of surgeries also where no metal blades were used but very sharp bamboo blades were used to cut the intended areas and for stiches he used some rows of big and dark black ants to clutch the two partitions of the cut portions in the body. It was a very severe treatment for Praveena which she willfully accepted.

As the months passed, Praveena's transformations slowed, and she began to feel more feminine. The villagers supported her, and Sravan's love remained constant. Finally, the Tribal Head declared Praveena's transformation complete, and she was now a woman, body and soul.

Praveena, now permanently a woman, was overjoyed. She and Sravan started a new life, free from the shackles of her past. They had a son and a daughter, and their love continued to grow. Sravan and Praveena's story became a legend, a testament to the power of love and acceptance.

Years later, Sravan and Praveena looked back on their journey, grateful for the twists and turns that led them to each other. Their love had conquered all, and they lived happily ever after, a true example of devotion and acceptance.
