Part 1

GENDER NEUTRALITY
The CEO’s voice is heard through PAS.
My dear colleagues!
Good morning to all. Having observed you all after my coming from Europe to take charge as the CEO office from my FA, I could understand certain things here in this office. Here I could see that half of the office are fair sex. Their prime topic is about the ever changing fashions of their lives. The rest of the half office have very unfair looks at their opposite sex. As a result, at the end of the day today’s work is kept pending for tomorrow. Our office, always hopes for a better tomorrow and mercilessly assassinates the precious today. So I am trying to find a solution for this
A thing which we don’t have with us is expected by us from others, isn’t it? So, if everyone has everything? No expectations from others. I found a solution for this that is DEGENDERIZATION or GENDER NEUTRALITY;
Let us begin DEGENDERIZATION with attire, slowly we will extend it to the nouns and pronouns of our language and there from to our habits and so on. It saves lot of our office time. After reaching home you can again get back to your birth assigned gender. I don’t mind.
In our present Indian social system, due to the influence of Gender Schema Theory we are habituated to distinguish between male garments and female garments. As a result male put on malemarked dresses and female put on female labelled dresses. But slowly female also are putting on male dresses. But male hesitate to put on female dresses. The hybrid attire also plays a major role.
For example let us see about the following types of Indian dresses
To begin with
Here are some popular traditional Indian dresses for women
Saree, Salwar Kameez, Lehenga Choli, Anarkali Suit Kurta A long, paired with leggings or jeans, Ghagra Choli, Patiala Suit, Sharara Suit, Gharara Suit, Mekhela, Pheran, Lancha, Dupatta, Kurti -often worn with leggings or jeans and
Here are some female marked Indo-Western hybrid dresses:
Fusion Kurtis, Saree Jumpsuit, Lehenga Skirt with Western Top, Anarkali Gown, Kurti Dress with Western style cuts and designs, Sari Dress, Fusion Salwar Kameez, Indian Print Western Dresses, Jumpsuit with Indian Embroider prints, Lehenga with Cape, Saree inspired Evening Gown, Kurta Tunic with Jeans Fusion Wedding Dresses, Indian Embroidered Tops with Western Skirts, Sari Blouse with Western Skirt Lehenga inspired Short Dresses and so on
Now let us see pure Indian and Hybrid Indian Male marked dresses:
Kurta Pyjama, Dhoti Kurta, Lungi,Sherwani, Achkan, Jama, Pathani Suit, Bandhgala, Two piece-Dhoti etc. are pure Indian male marked dresses.
Kurta with Jeans, Dhoti Pants with Shirt, Sherwani Blazer, Indian Print Shirts with Trousers
Kurta Jacket, Lungi Trousers, Bandhgala Suit Nehru Collar Shirt with Blazerand Indian Embroidered Waistcoat are a few male marked hybrid dresses.
I have ordered two wagons of all these dresses. They will be dumped in our attire house. These will be in all latest fashions and very fresh. I strictly discourage the thought of wearing dresses that makes you to be identified as men or women. All men can put on female dresses of above list. All women can put on male dresses. Yet their respective genders should not be revealed.
I haven’t ordered for Unisex garments. I don’t even encourage androgenous styles or Non-binary fashions. But it is Just Gender Neutral barring the traditional identity of dresses.
The women need not cut their hair. But all men can use wigs to look like having long hair.
Some one: You mean TRANSVESTITE Sunil ji?
In Transvestites sexual arousal will be there. But in our office there shouldn’t be any such chance. This is not even cross dressing or gender bending or gender non-conformity or Gender Fluidity and soon.
The label identification of dresses such male dresses and female dresses will be barred. Everyone can put on a dress of their choice. Any body can be seen in a saree or dhoti or lungi or lehenga. This our first step.
One more thing. If any one doesn’t want to put on like this they can leave our company taking home a year’s salary. Those who want to accept my conditions will have their salary doubled from this month onwards. This is our first condition.
Sir, in which attire can we expect you in front of us now?
You need not call me Sir but can call me dear CEO… now you can see me in front of you all. CEO came out with long hair and was in a saree covering the upper part with a shawl. All have clapped and agreed to be in the newly assigned costumes because of their doubled salaries and also out of their interests to put on the dresses of the other sex.
