Part 2 — My Wedding Day and My Life as a Wife

From the day I decided to marry Keya, I felt as though my life had found a new direction. She knew everything about my past, and she accepted me as I was. She wanted to live as my husband, and I wanted to become her wife. We both understood that our relationship would be different from what most people expected, but that did not make our feelings any less real.

We agreed to marry after seven days. Those seven days felt like a dream.

Getting ready for my wedding

The first thing I did was go to a beauty parlour with Keya. I felt very shy, but I was also excited. The beauticians helped me prepare for the wedding. They removed my body hair, shaped my eyebrows, and gave me several facial treatments. I had already pierced my ears and nose, so I was able to wear my earrings and nose ring again.

They helped me wear a wig and a beautiful salwar kameez with a dupatta. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I felt that my feminine appearance had returned. I was so happy.

After that, Keya took me shopping. She gifted me many beautiful things, including saris, blouses, bras, panties, and bridal ornaments. She also bought me a large collection of jewellery—earrings, chains, bangles, anklets, tikli, and a beautiful nose ring connected to an earring by a chain.

I felt like a bride preparing for the most important day of her life.

My wedding day

On the morning of my wedding, I woke up early. I was excited and a little nervous. Three beauticians came to my room to help me get ready.

They helped me dress in my bridal clothes. I wore a red padded petticoat, a matching blouse, and a beautiful red Benarasi sari. The sari was decorated with embroidery, and they arranged it carefully around me. They also helped me wear my bridal jewellery.

Then they began my makeup.

They shaped my eyebrows, applied kajal to my eyes, and added eyeshadow and eyelashes. They put red lipstick on my lips and applied makeup to give my face a soft, bridal glow. Finally, they placed a red bridal bindi on my forehead.

One by one, they put on my jewellery. I wore heavy earrings, bangles, chains, anklets, and a large tikli. The last piece was my favourite—a big nose ring connected to my earring by a chain. It was beautiful, and I loved the way it looked.

They placed a dupatta over my head and partially covered my face. When I looked in the mirror, I felt like a queen.

I was so happy and shy at the same time.

The wedding ceremony

When I entered the drawing room, I saw Keya wearing a suit. Our relatives were there, and everyone was waiting for the ceremony to begin.

I sat beside Keya, feeling nervous and excited. The wedding rituals started, and we exchanged garlands. Keya tied a mangalsutra around my neck and applied sindur to my maang.

Then everyone blessed us and celebrated our marriage.

At that moment, I felt that I had truly become Keya’s wife.

We enjoyed the ceremony with songs, dancing, and laughter. It was one of the happiest days of my life.

Our life together

Since our wedding, Keya and I have been living together as husband and wife. Most of the time, I enjoy taking the wife role in our relationship. Sometimes I dress as a bride for my husband. I wear saris, jewellery, and my favourite nose ring.

Keya loves seeing me dressed this way, and I enjoy making her happy. At the same time, I know that our relationship is based on love, understanding, and acceptance.

I am grateful that I found someone who knows my past and still wants to share her life with me.

Please pray for our happiness, our love, and our future together.
