But the real test came when Sneha asked Sanjay to accompany her to the grocery store, fully dressed as Sanjana. Though he was terrified, Sanjay agreed to stay in the car while Sneha shopped.

Unfortunately, a group of men spotted him and started making crude remarks. Frightened, Sanjay drove away and later shared his experience with Sneha. She hugged him tightly, tears in her eyes as she explained that this was a reality many women faced every day.

In that moment, Sanjay understood how difficult it was to be a woman. He and Sneha spent the rest of the evening dolled up in their sarees, bonding over their shared experiences and newfound closeness.

As the lockdown continued, Sanjay fully embraced his life as Sanjana. Sneha set a routine for him—sarees or dresses during the day, and comfortable nighties in the evening. They became closer than ever, sharing their lives as best friends and partners. When Sanjay finally admitted that he didn’t want to go back to being "Sanjay," Sneha smiled warmly.

"Sanjana it is," she said, wrapping her arms around him. "Welcome to your new life, my love."
