You and Me

Sanjay raised an eyebrow. "Comfortable? What do you mean by that?"

"Oh, you know, something simple like braids or a bun. Nothing fancy." Sneha grinned as she grabbed a comb.

Sanjay groaned. "Oh sure, and let’s add some colorful hair bands while we’re at it."

Sneha, ignoring his sarcasm, said with a straight face, "Very funny. But if I keep stopping every few minutes to help my Rapunzel husband with his hair, we’re never going to finish these workouts."

Sanjay reluctantly agreed, though he made her promise that the hairstyle wouldn’t be too fancy and that it would be taken out immediately after the workout. Sneha happily obliged.

The next day, Sanjay sat in front of the mirror, feeling awkward as Sneha approached him with a comb. It was a strange sensation for him—he had never let anyone touch his hair before, and now his wife was about to style it. As she started combing through the knots, she scolded him playfully.

"If you can’t maintain your hair, why do you grow it so long?" she said, her tone half-teasing, half-serious.

Sanjay grumbled, "I know, I know. I just don’t know how to take care of it properly."

"Well, from now on, I’ll help you. But you have to do exactly what I say."

"Alright, alright. Just don’t turn me into your daughter," he joked, though deep down, he felt a little anxious.

As Sneha twisted his hair into a bun and secured it with a hair tie, Sanjay looked at himself in the mirror, feeling both amused and slightly embarrassed. But something about the experience intrigued him—it felt new, almost exciting in a strange way.
